What happens after I submit the form?
We can’t wait to assist! We will be in touch as soon as possible via email with our availability for the requested dates. Then, we’ll request photos of the items and spaces that need packing. Once reviewed, we’ll recommend the number of Packing Specialists and hours needed to complete the project.
How many hours may I book with a packing team?
There are two options: 3 or 6 hours
How many Packing Specialists may I book for my packing session?
We will always send a minimum of two people. When you submit pictures of the items you’d like us to pack, we’ll touch base and let you know if two people can complete the job or if we recommend additional team members or hours.
What if there is more to pack beyond the time booked?
Based on the photos submitted of areas/rooms that need packing, we will suggest the number of people and hours needed to complete the job. However, we understand contents may be added which could impact our recommendation. If we are unable to complete everything you’d like packed, we invite you to book another 3 or 6 hour session.
What if the Packing Specialists finish earlier than the scheduled time?
- Our minimum is three hours with two Packing Specialists.
- If your session is three hours and the team finishes early, the invoice will reflect the full allotment of time.
- If your session is six hours and the team finishes early, the invoice will reflect a minimum of four hours.
Expected Fees?
- Hourly: $160/hour for two Packing Specialists ($80/hour for each additional Packing Specialist)
- Packing Supply fees, if applicable
- Delivery fees, if applicable
- Parking fees, if applicable
What packing supplies do I need and how do I get them?
- Once we review the photos of the items you’d like packed, we’ll recommend what supplies are needed to complete the job. A link will be provided to purchase materials through Amazon.
- If timing doesn’t allow for delivery through Amazon, we are happy to bring packing supplies. Client will be charged for the packing supplies and delivery fee.
What time will the team arrive?
Start time is 9:00am for 3 or 6 hour packing sessions.
What if I want more packing time?

What if something breaks that was packed by Pack Me Happy?
- Pack Me Happy complies to the industry standard reimbursement rate of $0.60 per pound, with a maximum of $10 per item and $100 per job.
